Grape varieties: Muristellu or Bovaleddu monovarietal.
Colour: bright ruby tending to garnet.
Bouquet: complex, enveloping, dominated by earthy tones along with blackberry jam, slightly spiced tone with a predominance of black pepper, sweet bay, plums, cherries and blueberries.
Taste: slender and elegant, slightly tannic to anchor it to the soil and make it more persistent. Spicy and fruity notes.
Serving suggestions: important first courses, grilled or stewed red meats, fat fish such as turbot, angler, mackerel, sardines, fresh or stewed mushrooms.
