Colour: bright ruby tending to garnet.
Bouquet: complex, enveloping, dominated by earthy tones along with blackberry jam, slightly spiced tone with a predominance of black pepper, sweet bay, plums, cherries and blueberries.
Taste: slender and elegant, slightly tannic to anchor it to the soil and make it more persistent. Spicy and fruity notes.
